医院感染管理信息系统应用初探

摘　　要：目的应用医院感染管理系统,提高医院感染信息管理水平。方法与医院H IS、LIS、PACS等各种信息系统相连接,分别开展了医院感染疾病监测、细菌耐药监测、抗菌药物使用监测、消毒灭菌及各项卫生学监测等。结果全面开展了医院感染管理相关的前瞻性监测,可实时和每月进行数据的统计分析、上报、反馈,并做到管理信息公开和共享,收到良好的效果。结论医院感染管理信息系统使用方便、操作简单,能提高医院感染管理工作效率。Objective To improve the nosocomial infection management level by using the soft ware ＂ Nosocomial Infection Management System＂. Methods Connecting with HIS, LIS and PACS respectively, the nosocomial infection surveillance, drug-resistant bacteria surveillance, antibiotic surveillance, disinfection and sterilization surveillance and hygiene surveillance were developed. Results The prospective surveillance of nosocomial infection management was developed comprehensively. The statistics result was analyzed monthly or at any moment, reported openly for sharing, and a good result was achieved. Conclusion The soft ware ＂ Nosocomial Infection Management System＂ is an easy-using system, and can improve the work efficiency of nosocomial infection management.
