摘 要:探讨3D打印在转子间外翻截骨术治疗青年股骨颈骨不连中的临床应用价值。对5例青年股骨颈骨不连患者的患髋行CT扫描(扫描断层为1mm),将所得的DICOM图像数据导入Mimics 15.0软件,利用软件重建患髋模型并设计术中导航模具,3D打印导航模具并消毒备用,术中应用模具定位截骨平面及置钉方向从而提高手术精准性、缩短手术时间、降低手术创伤、减少术中透视率。5例患者术中截骨角度及置钉方向均与术前设计完全一致,随访2年5例患者X线及CT均显示骨折愈合良好。术前Harris髋关节功能评分平均为24分,术后平均为73分。3D打印在外翻截骨术治疗青年型股骨颈骨不连中的临床应用价值较高。To explore the clinical value of three-dimension (3D) printing in intertrochanteric osteotomy for young femoral neck nonunion. Spiral CT scan was performed (lmm) in 5 patients with femoral neck nonunion and the DICOM data were imported into Mimics 15.0 software. The surgical process was simulated before the operation and the guiding model was designed. The 3D printed guiding model was used in the operation to insure accurate osteotomy, reduce operation time, surgical trauma and fluoroscopy. The osteotomy and the hip screw direction were concurrent with those before operation. 5 femoral neck nonunions were healed by radiographic criteria at an average of 2 years follow-up. The average Harris Hip Score increased from 24 to 73. The 3D printing in intertrochanteric osteotomy for young femoral neck nonunion is feasible and of clinical significance.
