北京市人群对热浪的关注度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探索北京市人群对热浪关注度水平以及影响关注度的因素。方法于2013年采用面对面问卷调查获取北京A区637人和B区591人热浪关注度水平,并利用统计软件对调查数据进行统计分析,主要包括描述性统计分析与多因素logistic回归分析,以获得北京市不同人群对热浪关注度以及影响因素。结果北京市人群对热浪关注度平均得分为4.58分。其中B区得分（4.49）低于A区得分（4.66）,年龄在60岁以上、教育水平在大学以上、家庭月人均收入在1 401～5 000元水平、患有慢性病的患者、有热浪经历的人群对热浪关注度较高。logistic回归分析显示年龄、家庭收入、教育程度、家中有无空调、是否经历过热浪是人群关注度的影响因素。结论年龄、教育程度、家庭收入、有无空调、热浪经历等因素显著影响人群对热浪关注度水平,因此,针对热浪健康风险的政策性建议应对关注度不同的人群采取不同的热浪健康宣传和防护指导。Objective To explore the extent of people＇s concern about heat waves and the influencing factors among the Beijing public. Methods Face to face questionnaire survey was used to obtain public concern in area A and area B of Beijing in 2013; Statistics software was adopted to clean and analyze the survey data, mainly including descriptive statistics analysis and multi-factor regression analysis, in order to indicate the differences of heat wave concerns among different populations and influencing factors. Results In Beijing, the average score of heat wave concern was 4.58. Average score in area B（4.49） was lower than the area A（4.66）, people aged over 60 years, having college education or above, household income per capita in 1 401-5 000 yuan, patients with chronic diseases, experiencing heat waves presented higher concern on heat waves. The variables of age, household income, education level, air conditioner, experience of heat wave were the influencing factors of public concern on heat waves. Conclusion In regards to our findings, the variables of age, education level, household income, air conditioner,experience of heat wave have significant effects on heat waves concern. Therefore, the key implication for heat-related health intervention is that different strategies and guidance should be designed and promoted to dealing with people with different heat wave concerns.
