摘  要:通过对橡胶密封材料进行加速老化试验,获得橡胶压缩状态下贮存时间与加速老化时间之间的对应关系。按照这一老化关系,对机械密封动态O形辅助密封圈进行不同待机贮存时间的加速老化试验,建立起动态O形辅助密封圈的压缩永久变形及微动摩擦状态随待机贮存时间的变化关系,并对加速老化后的动态O形辅助密封圈进行静态气密性试验和运转试验。试验表明,随动态O形辅助密封圈待机贮存时间的延长,其径向压缩永久变形将增大、微动摩擦力将减小。但这一性能变化在动态O形辅助密封圈正常工作的范围内,即待机贮存30年的动态O形辅助密封圈不会导致机械密封出现失效。Through the study of the accelerated aging test of rubber sealing materials, the corresponding relationship between the storage time and the accelerated aging time of the rubber in compression state was gained.According to the relationship, the accelerated aging test of dynamic O-ring used in compensatory configuration of mechanical seal in standby storage condition was carried out, and the relationship of change of compression permanent deformation and micro friction with the storage time of the dynamic O-ring was set up.The static air tightness test and running test was carried out for the accelerated aging dynamic O-ring.The results show that,with the extension of standby storage time,the radial compression permanent deformation of the dynamic O-ring is increased, the micro friction is reduced.But the change of the performance does not lead to the leakage of mechanical seal within 30 years' standby storage.
