摘　　要：高速线材生产线冷却水污染润滑系统是目前国内各高线机组最常见的问题。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)传感器对高线轧机润滑油的含水率进行实时监测,介绍传感器安装位置的设计。在线测试结果表明:该传感器能够在线准确地检测出轧机润滑系统是否漏水,并能实时监测润滑油中含水量的变化趋势并发出预警,防止轧机摩擦副发生异常磨损、损坏或者烧损。Pollution of cooling water in lubrication system is the most common problem in high speed wire rod production line.A electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）device was used to realize the real-time water monitoring in high- speed wire mill lubricating system.The design of installation location of EIS water content sensor was introduced.The on- site testing results show that the sensor can accurately detect whether water leaks into the lubricating system and determine the amount of water leaked.The sensor is proved to be able to provide the real-time trend curve of the water content and effective alarm, and the abnormal wear, damage or burning of rolling friction fairs can be prevented.
