摘 要:针对热轧2250生产线飞剪干油润滑系统在工作中存在的润滑点供油量难以精确化、可控化的问题,将原双线式干油润滑系统改造成智能干油润滑系统。改造后的智能干油润滑泵站由主控系统、电动干油泵、压力传感器、电磁给油器和监控系统组成,可实现每个润滑点的定时、定量、单独供油,并可实时检测每个润滑点供油情况,确保对润滑点的供油可靠。Aimed at the problems of flying shear grease lubrication system of a 2250 hot rolling line of difficulty in accuracy and controlling of grease supply, the original double-line grease lubrication system was reconstructed into an intelligent grease lubrication system.The intelligent grease lubrication pump station after reconstruction was composed of the main control system, the electric pump, pressure sensor, electromagnetic grease feeder and monitoring system, which could realize the oil supply of every lubricating point regularly and quantitatively, and monitor grease suppIy situation of every lubrication point in real time to ensure grease supply safely.
