摘　　要：针对临床医师看待临床与科研的关系,以及孰轻孰重的问题,本文拟从当前临床科研现状与问题着手,面对今后医疗和科技体制改革的新形势与新需求,对医院更好地提升自己的临床科研水平,提出笔者的一些看法和建议,以供参考。The authors represented the current status and problems of the clinical research, and proposed some suggestions for promoting the capacity of clinical research, especially facing the new situation and new requirements of the reform of medical and scientific and technological system.
