摘　　要：目的探讨医院高危药品的管理措施,确保用药安全。方法对高危药品建立健全管理体系,制定管理目录,同时加强存放、监督、风险、信息化管理,从而保证临床上用药安全。结果经过有效的高危药品管理,保证用药安全,有利于减少不良用药率的发生。结论高危药品使用不当严重危害到患者健康,因此加强高危药品的监督管理力度尤为重要,可降低用药事故的发生,减少医疗纠纷,确保用药安全。Objective To explore management measures of high- risk drugs, and ensure drug safety of patients. Methods Guarantying safety clinical medicine by Building a sound management system for high -risk drugs, creating directory and enhancing the management of storage, supervision, risk and information. Results The rate of improper drug use was reduced by effective management of high - risk drugs to ensure drug safety. Con- clusion Improper use of high - risk drugs will seriously endanger the health of patients. So it is very important to strengthen the supervision and management of high risk drugs.
