摘　　要：以"长海医院官网"和"掌上长海"为模版,构建"中国好军医"信息化远程医疗服务系统。打造"中国好军医·军医值班室",通过文字形式、视频功能实现在线服务,并增援远程会诊功能,打破时间、空间、人力等资源限制,发挥自身优势,创新保障模式,用最强的专家团队、学科优势、技术平台与服务内涵,保障基层官兵绿色诊疗通道。The article presented a telemedicine support system based on information technology named ＂PLA Doctor＂. ＂PLA Doctor- Duty Offices＂ were developed on the strength of ＂Changhai Hospital Website＂ and Changhai on Palm＂. The system provided online service through text and video mode in which additional group consultation is available. In order to establish quick entry to health care service for soldiers, the tele ＂PLA Doctor＂ has elevated constrains of resources, played to strengths and innovate service mode with the aid of best professionals, disciplines, technologies, platforms and care.
