基于移动信息系统的医源性安全管理及效果评价

摘　　要：目的建立安全管理信息系统,减少和避免患者在住院治疗过程中因医务人员的过失而造成的不必要伤害,确保患者安全。方法以移动信息系统为基础,建立可在床单位旁进行的身份核查、输液扫描、夜间巡视、风险评估、生命体征录入等模块,应用于医务人员与患者接触的每一个环节,防止和减少医源性所带来的安全问题。结果通过使用移动信息系统一年时间,无压疮管理不良事件发生,其他不良事件包括身份识别、巡视管理、输液管理、生命体征及医嘱执行管理方面发生率明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),采用移动信息系统进行医源性安全管理效果显著。结论移动信息系统应用于安全管理,科学有效地降低医源性所致的安全问题的发生率,保证患者的住院安全,值得推广应用。Objective To establish a patients＇ unnecessary injury, which caused by the safety management information system, reducing and avoiding negligence of medical personnel in hospital, to ensure patients＇ safety. Methods Based on mobile information system, establishing identity verification, infusion scanning, night patrol, risk assessment, vital signs, etc. which could be carried out by the bed unit, and could be used in every aspect of medical personnel in contact with patients, prevent ing and reducing iatrogenic posed security problems. Results Using the mobile information system for one year, no pressure ulcer management adverse events occurred, other adverse events were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of mobile information system to safety management could effectively reduce the incidence of iatrogenic safty problems, and ensure the safety of patients.
