摘　　要：文章介绍护理人员亚健康与职业兴趣及其相关性研究的现状;回顾总结护理人员亚健康与职业兴趣的影响因素,探讨两者之间的相关性,提出通过职业兴趣的提升改善护理人员的亚健康状态。The authors introduced the current situation of sub -health status and occupational interest of nursing staff as well as it＇s relationship. The influencing factors of sub health and occupational interest of nursing staff were summarized, and the correlation were explored to propose the research direction of improving the sub - health state of nursing staff by raising occupational interest.
