军队退休疗养员对中医养生保健知识的认知需求调查

摘　　要：目的调查军队退休疗养员对中医养生保健知识的认知需求,以更好地提高生活质量。方法采用分层整群抽样、面对面现场问卷调查的方法。结果对中医养生保健知识认知情况,回答不了解、了解一些、比较了解和非常了解者,分别占总人数的32.2%、55.6%、10.1%、2.2%;对精神、饮食、生活起居、运动、休闲娱乐、护理治疗等养生保健知识需求程度的排序分别为饮食、运动、生活起居、护理治疗、休闲娱乐、精神。结论军队退休疗养员对中医养生保健知识的认知越高,其对中医养生保健需求率越高,疗养员的生活质量就越高。Objective To investigate the cognitive need of health care knowledge of Chinese medicine in the Retired Military Recuperator so as to improve the quality of life. Methods Questionnaire survey was adopted by stratified cluster sampling. Results For the health care knowledge of Chinese medicine, the options is not fa- miliar with, know a little, familiar with and quite familiar with, the ratio of each option was 32.2%, 55.6%, 10.1% , 2.2% , respectively; the cognitive need ranking was diet, exercise, spirit, living habit, nursing, leisure and spirit. Conclusion With more higher health care knowledge of the Chinese traditional medicine, the recuperators will have more health care demand for Chinese medicine, which leads to a higher quality of life.
