摘　　要：本文阐述医患心理互动在构建和谐医患关系中的重要性,从信任的互动、心态的互动、情感的互动、利益的互动、需要的互动、满意感的互动等六个方面强调医患心理互动的复杂性和必要性,指出程序化的医患沟通只能伤害双方本就脆弱的亲密感和信任关系,只有真诚的互动并分享内心感受才有望建立和谐的医患关系,为构建和谐医患关系提供理论依据。The authors illustrated the importance of doctor -patient psychological interaction in building a harmonious doctor - patient relationship. The complexity and necessity of doctor - patient psychological interaction was emphasized from six aspects, including the interaction of doctor - patient trust, interaction of mind state, emo- tional interaction, interaction of interests, interaction of need, and interaction of satisfaction. They also revealed that procedural doctor - patient communication might hurt fragile doctor - patient intimacy and trust, only sincere interactive sharing of inner feeling could be expected to establish a harmonious doctor - patient relationship, and then the theoretical basis was provided to build a harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
