摘 要:目的探讨护士群体二分法与心理护理二分法相结合的心理护理模式在综合医院的实施,在初期心理护理骨干培训的结果分析基础上,探索培训内容及方式上的改进。方法面向全院招募心理护理骨干65人,组织7次心理护理相关理念和知识为主要内容的讲座,培训结束后使用自编调查表收集信息。结果被调查群体对培训的总体满意度较高;经培训大部分护士能部分掌握心理护理的相关理念和知识,但某些具体技术的使用较差;较高年龄、职称、工作年限和受教育程度的护士"充分与患者交流"和"与患者家属交流"的频率较高,而较专业的沟通技术所有护士都较少应用。结论调查结果提示在后继培训中,内容应该更加细化和具体,形式应更加丰富和灵活,尤其是要提供实践机会,并且在组织、制度上提供现实的辅助和支持。Objective To investigate the feasibility of combining nurse dichotomy and psychological nursing dichotomy in general hospital, and to explore ways to improve the training content and methods on the basis of preliminary training of psychological nursing core team. Methods 65 nurses were recruited within the hospital, and 7 lectures which focused on psychological nursing idea and knowledge were organized. A self - made question- naire was used to collect information after the training. Results A relatively high satisfaction of the training was reported. Most nurses can master at least some parts of the idea and knowledge about psychological nursing after the training, but their ability on the actual use of some specific technologies was limited. Nurses who are older, working for longer period, having a relatively high education and high title can contact with the patients and patients' family better; but all nurses are not good at professional physician -patient communication technologies. Conclusion The survey indicates that in the following psychological nursing training, the content should be more specific and detailed with varied and flexible forms, in particular, opportunities for practice should be provided. Meanwhile, the hospital should provide organizational support as well.
