摘　　要：在认真贯彻落实习主席强军目标和"能打仗、打胜仗"的指示要求的背景下,本文以一项基层部队与军医大学开展卫生合作的成功案例为线索,以新形势下的海军部队战略转型发展和军队后勤建设三大建设任务为指导,结合基层部队的卫勤保障的客观需求,分别详细探讨了基层部队与军医大学开展卫生合作的必要性与可行性,以期通过新形式的卫生合作,切实提升部队的战斗力。In the context of strengthening the army in new situation, the authors, based on a successful case of health cooperation between grassroots units and military medical university, analyzed the necessity and feasi- bility of developing health cooperation in accord with the strategic transformation of the marine army and the three major construction tasks for military logistics, and put forward suggestions on how to boost health cooperation in the need of the health service of the grassroots unit to enhance the combat effectiveness of the army.
