射频消融治疗136例房室折返性心动过速临床分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析导管射频消融治疗房室折返性心动过速患者的疗效与安全性。方法随访观察我院136例房室折返性心动过速患者行导管射频消融治疗的成功率、复发率、并发症发生率。结果 136例患者中2例复发,1例术中出现一过性三度房室传导阻滞,经治疗后恢复正常心律,无死亡病例。结论导管射频消融治疗房室折返性心动过速成功率高,并发症少,安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation（RFCA）in the treatment of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia（AVRT）. Methods A total of 136 patients with AVRT who received RFCA in our hospital were followed up to observe the success rate, the recurrence rate, and the incidence rate of complications. Results Of the 136 patients, 2 had recurrent AVRT, 1 had transient third-degree atrioventricular block during operation and recovered normal heart rhythm after treatment, and no one died. Conclusion RFCA has a high success rate and few complications and is safe and effective in the treatment of AVRT.
