摘　　要：文章通过对晋中市12所高校学生在终身体育意识、锻炼习惯和终身体育能力方面的调查研究,发现晋中市高校学生与终身体育的指导思想还有差距,并为此提出了一些可行的建议。This paper, through the investigation and study of the lifelong sports consciousness, exercise habits and lifelong sportsability of college students in the twelve colleges in Jinzhong, discovered that college students in Jinzhong lacked lifelong sports ideolo-gy, and put forward some feasible suggestions.
