摘 要:考虑现有物流供应商选择决策模型中存在较少同时考虑专家偏好关联及评估指标具有关联作用的问题,提出基于极大熵配置模型与Choquet积分的物流供应商选择群决策方法。首先,利用转换函数将混合模糊评价矩阵转化为区间直觉模糊评价矩阵;其次,将区间直觉模糊评价矩阵转化为记分函数矩阵,引入基于灰关联深度系数的极大熵配置模型确定评估指标的初始重要度;再次,提出考虑专家偏好关联的基于2-可加模糊测度与Choquet积分联合的评估指标综合重要度确定方法;进而,利用区间直觉模糊加权算术平均算子集成相应于各供应商的综合评估信息以确定最优物流供应商。算例结果表明了所提方法的合理性与有效性。In view of the problem that the interactions among expert's preferences and the interconnected effect of in- dicators was seldom considered simultaneously in the existing logistics supplier decision model, a decision making method for supplier selection based on maximum entropy optimization model and Choquet integral were put forward. By using transition function, mixing evaluation matrices were transformed into interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy matrices. By introducing the maximum entropy model based on grey relational factor, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy matrix was transformed into score function matrix to ensure various performance evaluation indexes from ex- pert evaluation. A methodology of logistics supplier' performance evaluation index based on Choquet integral norm in 2-additive-fuzzy measure space with the expert profile was presented. By using interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic aggregation operator, the comprehensive evaluation values of each logistics supplier and the op- timal logistics supplier were selected according to the order relation criterion. A calculation example was provided to illustrate the rationality and validity of the proposed method.
