摘  要:针对制造业产业链大规模企业群的制造服务需求,凝练出协同采购、生产、销售、售后和物流五类制造协同服务体系。为解决核心制造企业群与供应商、销售商、售后服务商、物流商五类企业群的大规模复杂性协同问题,结合云服务思想及理论,提出基于SaaS的汽车产业链云服务平台总体支撑方案。引入变粒度的多重广义协同关系算子模型,验证了支撑方案的合理有效性。利用该支撑模型,构建出面向汽车产业链内外协作一体化的云服务平台信息支撑体系,并对云服务平台的数据库内核进行了设计。对云服务平台的初步应用情况进行了分析,为解决广域空间内制造服务的协同问题提供了一定的理论支撑。Aiming at the manufacturing industry chain of large-scale enterprise group for manufacturing service de- mand, the collaborative procurement, production, sales, after-sales and logistics five kinds of manufacturing collab- orative service system were condensed. To solve the large-scale complex and cooperative problem of core manufac- turing enterprise group with suppliers, vendors, after-sale service providers and logistics providers, the general so- lution of cloud services platform for automobile industrial chain based on SaaS was proposed with cloud service idea and theory. On this basis, the multiple granularity co-relational operator model was introduced to prove the reasonable and validity of support scheme. By using this support model, the information support system of cloud service platform oriented to integration of automobile industry chain's internal and external collaboration was constructed, and the cloud services plat- form database kernel was designed. A preliminary application of cloud services platform was analyzed to provide theoretical support for solving the problem of wide area collaborative space manufacturing services.
