摘 要:基于Fluent流场仿真分析软件,对单U形、斜U形、V形、2U形、3U形及U+V形节流槽在定压差条件下的阀口开度-流量特性开展了仿真研究,通过拟合分析获得了六种典型节流槽的仿真流量特性,以及六种典型节流槽的识别方法,并通过试验验证了仿真分析的可信性。结合上述研究,建立典型节流槽数据库,运用MABLAT中GUI模块,研发出了基于粒子群算法的节流槽优化设计软件。通过对不同节流槽优化效果的检验,验证了研发的节流槽优化设计软件的有效性。Based on the Fluent which is the flow field simulation software, simulation study about flow characteristics of notches including single-U-shaped, ramp-U-shaped, V-shaped, 2U-shaped, 3U-shaped and U-V-shaped was investigated. Flow characteristics and identification method of six kinds of typical notches were obtained by fitting analysis. And all simulation results passed the experiment, which means the simulation analysis was reliable Combing the above-mentioned study, establishing database of the typical notches and using GUI in MATLAB, opti- mization design software of notches was developed basing on particle swarm optimization algorithm. And cases that the required displacement flow characteristics compared with simulation result from optimal sizes verified that the optimization design software of notches was effective.
