摘 要:针对串联攻坚弹前级战斗部对目标开孔,后级战斗部沿孔洞继续侵彻时受到的冲击过载较小,不利于引信实时识别碰靶信息的问题,提出了基于前级爆轰过载信息的串联攻坚弹后级引信计时起爆起点。该方法利用前级聚能装药战斗部起爆产生的爆轰场环境,后级引信以爆轰过载信息作为计时起爆的计时起点,在识别此过载信息时可设置较高的阈值,当后级引信识别到过载信息大于设置的阈值后启动计时起爆,并按照预定时间延时,延时时间结束发出起爆信号。仿真计算表明,前级爆轰过载脉宽142μs,峰值4.0×104 g,远大于后级战斗部侵彻过载,前级爆轰过载信息可作为后级引信计时起爆的起点,后级引信识别过载信息可以设定较高的阈值,提高弹道安全性;外场试验结果表明前级爆轰过载信息作为后级计时起爆的计时起点设计合理。The starting point of timing detonation of following fuze based on overload of precursory detonation was put forward in this paper.The following fuze used the overload by the blast of the precursory charge to set the starting point of timing detonation.When the fuze distinguished that the overload was higher than the preset threshold,it started timing detonation and sent detonation signal after a preset time.Simulation results revealed that the overload peak was 4.0×10^4 g and the width continued for 142μs,which was beneficial for the fuze to distinguish the impacting target information and set a high preset threshold.
