腹腔注射高聚生治疗腹水前后肿瘤标志物的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔注射高聚生治疗良恶性腹水前后肿瘤标志物CA199、CEA、CA125、AFP的变化及临床意义。方法共收集病例65例,高聚生治疗组45例(良性腹水15例,恶性腹水30例),非高聚生治疗组20例(良性腹水13例,恶性腹水7例)。观察治疗前后CA199、CEA、CA125、AFP的变化。结果高聚生治疗组良性腹水治疗前腹水中CA199、CEA、CA125、AFP浓度有一定程度升高,均明显低于恶性腹水组治疗前水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。高聚生治疗组良、恶性腹水中CA125在治疗前异常升高,在治疗后均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),余肿瘤标志物治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非高聚生治疗组良恶性腹水治疗前后CA199、CA125、AFP变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔注射高聚生有助于腹水中肿瘤标记物的改善,肿瘤标志物CA199、CA125、AFP、CA125可作为监测指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and changes of CA199, CEA, CA125, AFP of highly agglutinative staphylococcin in treatment of benign and malignant ascites by celiac injection. Methods Sixty-five pa- tients with ascites were divided into two groups： the treated group （n = 45） including 15 benign aseites and 30 malignant ascites, and untreated group （n = 20） including 13 benign aseites and 7 malignant aseites. The changes of CA199, CEA, CA125, AFP before and after treatment were observed. Results In treated group, CA199, CEA, CA125, AFP of benign aseites before treatment were high, which were significantly lower than malignant ascites （P 〈 0. 001 ）. After treatment, CA125 of both the benign group and malignant group were significant lower compared with before treatment （P 〈 0. 001 ） , the changes of the other tumor markers had no significance before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance of CA199, CEA, CA125, AFP of the untreated group before and after treatment （P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion Highly agglutinative staphylococcin intraperitoneal injection can ameliorate tumor markers of asci- tes, CA199, CA125, AFP, CA125 are as indicators for monitoring ascites.
