社会转型视角下普通高校运动训练专业人才培养新途径研究——以宁波大学为例

摘　　要：运动训练专业是我国普通高等体育院校专业的重要组成部分,肩负着培养教练员和专项体育教师的重任。现阶段我国市场经济发展、体育竞赛制度改革的不断深入以及我国高校运动训练专业单独招生的特殊性,为我国高校运动训练专业办学带来了大量新的挑战与机遇。通过分析中国社会发展的大背景及当前运动训练专业人才培养中存在的问题,文章在总结国内外有关高校运动训练运动队培养方式、方法的基础上,运用体育学、教育学、管理学等多门学科知识,充分利用文献资料,通过对宁波大学运动训练专业人才培养模式和成功经验的个案分析,提出了社会转型时期我国高校运动训练人才培养的方案和可持续发展的有效措施,探讨我国社会转型时期普通高校运动训练改革发展的方向,并提出了对社会转型时期普通高校运动训练专业进行改造的一些设想,为我国高校如何进一步提高高校高水平运动训练专业人才的办学效率和效益提供参考。The sports training has been one of the most important majors in the physical education of common universi- ty, which shoulder the responsibility of cultivating coaches and sports teachers. Recently, the sports training major in university were facing large amounts of challenges and opportunities for the uniqueness of student recruitment, with the development of marketing economy in our country and thorough reformation of sports athletic policy. Through an- alyzing the existing problems in the sports training major under social development of China and summarizing the training methods of domestic and abroad universities, this study integrated knowledge of sports science, education and management with literature and proposed the plan for sports training expertise and efficient measurement of sustain- able development by the case study of the cultivation mode and successful experience of Ningbo university. It was in- tended to investigate the transformation direction of sports training major in university during social transformation of China and bring forward assumption for the reformation of sports training major in university, aiming to provide ref- erence for how to further improve the efficiency and benefit of training professional high--leveled sports training ex-pertise in unversity.
