摘  要:目的:观察尾加压素Ⅱ在自发性高血压大鼠模型血浆中第8周、12周、18周和24周的动态变化;方法:随机抽取生后6周雄性自发性高血压大鼠40只为实验组,6周正常雄性Waster大鼠40只为对照组,分别在第8周、12周、18周和24周,随机抽取实验组和对照组各10只大鼠迅速于麻醉后心脏取血,分别测定各时点血浆UⅡ浓度。结果:实验组和对照组UⅡ对比有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:实验组大鼠血浆UⅡ均显著升高,UⅡ在自发性高血压的发生发展过程中发挥非常的重要作用。Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of urotensin Ⅱ in spontaneously hypertensive rats' blood plasma at the 8th week, 12th week, 18th week, 24th week. Methods: A total of 40 male rats with spontaneously hypertensive at 6th week were random selected as the experimental group, and 40 normal male rats were recruited as control group. At the 8th week, 12th week, 18th week, 24th week, 10 rats in each groups were randomly sacrifice and the heart blood was harvested after rapid anesthesia. U Ⅱ concentration was determined at each stage. Results: There are significant differences between experimental group and control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion. U Ⅱ plays an important role in occurrence, development and path physiological process of spontaneous hypertension disease
