贵州“里民人”4项群体遗传学特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州里民人部分遗传性状的分布特征。方法:在知情的情况下,对世居贵州关岭县的610名里民人(男性300人,女性310人)的睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向4项群体遗传学特征进行活体观察。结果:贵州里民人长睫毛、黑眼色、宽眼裂、水平型眼裂方向的出现率分别为76.4%、37.4%、58.4%、58.0%。其中,男性分别为78.7%、38.7%、65.3%、62.7%,女性分别为74.2%、36.1%、51.6%、53.5%。结论:贵州里民人睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向4项遗传特征的性别分布存在一定差异,且彼此间存在一定的遗传关联性。Objective： To investigate the feature of some genetic characteristics of Limin people in Guizhou. Methods： With the informed consent, a morphological survey was carried out in July 2014 on 610 random （300 males, 310 females） Limin people aged 18 -55 years whom living in Guanling county, Guizhou. Meanwhile, the frequencies of 4 genetic characteristics （eyelash, eye color, opening height of eye slits and direction of eye slits） were calculated, and the correlations were analyzed. Results： The frequencies of long eyelash, black eye color, and wide opening height of eye slits and level direction of eye slits were 76. 4%, 37. 4%, 58. 4%, and 58. 0%, respectively. Those of males were 78. 7% 62. 7%, and of females were 74. 2% 38. 7%, 65. 3%, 36. 1%, 51. 6%, 53. 5% respectively. Conclusion： The four genetic characteristics of the Limin people in Guizhou have differences in gender distribution, and interconnections were observed among these indices.
