摘　　要：利用2014年农民工实地调研数据,分析农民工的社会资本异质性与其初职就业地选择差异的关系。基于mlogit模型的估计结果发现,社会资本网络宽度和社会资本网络高度对农民工初职就业地选择的影响不显著,而社会资本的网络强度对农民工初职就业地选择显著且具有正向的导向性。Survey data of 2014 migrant workers were used to analyze the relationship between the social capital heterogeneity and the differences in their choice of the first place to seek a job.Study based on the estimation results of the Mlogit model found that social capital network width and the social capital network height do not obviously influence the migrant workers in choosing their first working place;In contrast, the intensity of the social capital network plays an obvious and positive guiding role when migrant workers make decisions about where to seek their first employment.
