摘 要:基于吸附过滤法一真空过滤法,构建了由加热器、高效吸附滤油纸、板框滤油机、真空过滤机等组成的变压器油再生处理系统.试制3种YJ-LZ型电力用油再生专用新型高效吸附滤纸,分别应用于大板框、中板框和小板框压力滤油机.该系统在南通供电公司和海安变压器厂等单位实现了推广应用.应用案例表明.经变压器油加温吸附处理暨真空脱气系统处理84~144h,可以将变压器油介损因数(90℃)从16%-18%降低到0.5%以下,满足变压器油净化处理要求,可以克服普通滤纸吸附能力差的缺点,提高变压器油净化处理效率.Based on adsorption filtration method and vacuum filtration method, a set of transformer oil regeneration system was established with heaters, high-effective adsorption filter-paper, frame pressure oil purifier, vacuum oil purifier and so on. Three types of YJ-LZ high-effective filter-paper for electric oil regenerating only were made, which were applied to large frame pressure oil purifier, medium frame pressure oil purifier and small frame pressure oil purifier. It has been used in Nantong Power Supply Company and Hai'an Transformer Factory and so on. Applica- tions indicated that when the transformer oil was purifying treatment 84-144 hours with transformer oil heating adsorp- tion treatment and vacuum degassing system, the dielectric loss factor of transformer oil can be reduced from 16%- 18% to 0.5% or less, which meets the requirements of transformer oil purification, overcomes the disadvantage of poor adsorption capacity of ordinary filter-paper, and improves the efficiency of oil purification treatment.
