国产低温等离子治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨国产低温等离子射频消融术式治疗腺样体肥大患儿的临床价值。方法收集2010年1月至2013年12月收治的腺样体肥大的患儿共202例,其中107例行动力系统腺样体切除术(A组),95例行低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术(B组),分析两组手术方式在术中术后出血及手术时间方面有无差异。结果动力系统腺样体切除术(A组)与等离子手术组(B组)在术中出血量上差异有显著性,有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组手术时间上所用的平均时间无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二种术式在手术时间上无明显差异,鼻内镜引导下等离子低温射频消融腺样体切除术较动力系统腺样体切除术术中、术后出血明显减少,价格较进口便宜,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of domestic type of adenoid hypertrophy in children through domestic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation. Methods Of 202 patients, there were 107 cases treated with regular adenoidectomy power system （group A） and 95 cases treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy（group B）. The operation time and intraoperative and postop- erative bleeding were observed. Results Dynamic system adenoidectomy （group A） and plasma surgery group （group B） had significant difference on the intraoperative blood loss （P〈0.01）. The operation time of the two groups was not statistical significantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion There is no obvious difference of two kinds of operative meth- ods in operation time. The plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature under nasal endoscopic guidance adenoidec- tomy can reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.
