摘 要:目的探讨手术室护理人员职业满意度,为稳定护理队伍提高护理质量提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法选取四川地区手术室护理人员300人,用护士工作满意度量表施测,数据分析采用统计软件SPSS 17.00。结果手术室护士工作满意度得分为(3.31±0.61),满意度得分处于中低等水平;手术室护士在控制与责任(2.88±0.68)、和同事的关系(2.95±0.61)、被表扬及认可(3.10±0.33)、工作与家庭平衡(3.19±0.67)维度上职业满意度较低;在互动机会(3.45±0.77)、职业机会(3.64±0.55)和排班(3.91±0.59)等维度上职业满意度处于中等水平。结论手术室护理人员的职业满意度处于中低水平,这种现象需要引起医院管理部门的重视。Objective To explore the job satisfaction of operating room nurse so as to provide basis for the nursing managers to take measure to rise nurses' job satisfaction. Methods The nurse job satisfaction scale was distributed to 300 Chinese nursing in Sichuan province through random sampling, and the SPSS 17.0 statistical software package were used for data analysis. Results The average total score of the working environment satisfaction was in the lower level(3.1± 0.71). The four dimension of control and responsibility(2. 88±0.68), colleagues (2.95±0.61), by praise and recogni- tion(3. 10±0.33) and the relationship between work and family balance(3. 19±0.67) were in the state of unsatisfactory level. The three dimension of opportunities for interaction (3. 45±0.77), career opportunities (3.64±0.55) and schedu- ling (3.91±0.59) were in the state of moderate low satisfaction. Conclusion The administrative staff at all levels should attach importance to the improvement of working environment of operating room nurse to ensure the quality of nursing.
