摘 要:目的:建立丹藤颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中丹参、首乌藤、葛根进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B含量,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为A-乙腈,B-乙腈/0.3%甲酸(5/95)梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,测定波长为280 nm,柱温为20℃。结果:丹参、首乌藤、葛根的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强;丹酚酸B在60~540μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,=0.9994,平r均回收率为97.93%,RSD为1.02%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为丹藤颗粒的质量控制标准。Objective:To set up the quality standard for Danteng Granule. Methods:TLC was applied to the qualitative identification of Salviae miltiorrhizae,Polygoni Caulis and gegen. The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC,The column was Agi Lent Ec Lipse XDB-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-acetonitrile/0.3% formic acid(5/95)gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 20 ℃. Results:The spots of Salviae miltiorrhizae,Polygoni Caulis and gegen TLC plates were clear and specific.A good linearity of salvianolic acid B was in the range of 60~540 μg/m L(r=0.9994). The average recovery of salvianolic acid B was 97.93%,and RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion:The methods are simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Danteng Granule.
