摘  要:该研究以桃叶卫矛叶为研究对象,测定其不同极性溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性及其对CCL4所致急性肝损伤的保护作用。依次用石油醚(PET)、乙酸乙酯(Et OAc)、正丁醇(n-Bu OH)和水(H2O)提取桃叶卫矛叶,采用DPPH自由基法和ABTS自由基法分别研究其不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性,以联苯双酯为阳性对照测定各提取物对CCL4致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明:清除自由基能力由强到弱依次为:Et OAc提取物>n-Bu OH提取物>BHT提取物>H2O提取物>PET提取物,且呈量效关系;体内保肝试验中,与模型组比较桃叶卫矛叶Et OAc提取物及n-Bu OH提取物均能显著降低肝脏匀浆中ALT、AST活性,显著提高SOD活性并降低MDA水平。以上结果证明桃叶卫矛叶Et OAc和n-Bu OH提取物具有良好的抗氧化效果和保肝作用,且保肝作用和抗氧化成分有关。说明桃叶卫矛叶作为茶饮用的同时具有保健作用,为桃叶卫矛的初步开发提供理论依据。The objective of this work was to evaluate antioxidant activity in vitro of different polar extracting of Euonymus Bungeanus leaves and its protective effect against CCL4 induced acute liver injury. Dried leaves were sequentially extracted with PET,Et OAc,n-Bu OH and water. The antioxidant abilities of the extracts from Euonymus Maackii Rupr obtained were evaluated by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging in vitro,and taking DDB as a positive control to evaluate its protective effect against acute liver injury in mice. The results showed the antioxidant ability was Et OAc extract,n-Bu OH extract,BHT,water extract and PET extract from strong to week and in a dose-dependent manner. The results showed that Et OAc and n-Bu OH extractings could significantly decrease the activities of ALT and AST and significantly increase the activities of SOD in liver. The content of MDA in liver was also significantly decreased. In conclusion,Euonymus Bungeanus leaves can play a role in health care when it used as tea,and the hepatoprotective effect have something to do with the anti oxidation action. It provided the basis for Euonymus Bungeanus application in initial development.
