西药依帕司他联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析西药依帕司他联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果并作出评价。方法:以2013年4月—2015年2月,在我院内分泌科治疗的DPN患者114例作为研究对象,按随机数法分为对照组57例、研究组57例。对照组服用依帕司他治疗,研究组服用依帕司他联合中药熏洗,观察比较两组的疗效情况,包括血糖、神经传导速度(nerve conduction velocity,NCV)等,并做出评价。结果:两组患者的踝反射评分与治疗前无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的FBG水平都有降低,中西药结合效果优于单纯西药治疗;两组患者的NCV较治疗前也有改善,中西药联合治疗的效果优于单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未有不良反应,临床治疗效果均较佳。研究组的治疗总有效例数为55例(96.5%)高于对照组的总有效45例(78.9%)(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:西药依帕司他联合中药熏洗治疗DPN的临床效果较佳,能够有效缓解患者的疾病症状,改善NCV,无不良反应,安全性好,适合推广使用。Objective：To discuss western medicine epalreatat combined Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy＇s（DPN）clinical effect. Methods：114 cases of patients treated in our hospital endocrinology as the research object in April 2013 to February 2015,According to the method of random points and the control group of 57 cases,research group of 57 cases. The control group take epalreatat treatment,the research group take in accordance with the epalreatat combined Chinese medicine fumigation. Compare the curative effect of two groups,including blood sugar nerve conduction velocity,etc.,and make evaluation. Results：Two groups of patients with ankle reflex scores had no obvious difference compared with before treatment,no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Two groups of patients with F B G levels are reduced,Combine Chinese and western medicine＇s effect is better than pure western medicine treatment. NCV of two groups of patients was also has the improvement,differences were statistical significance. Two groups of patients in the treatment process are no adverse reactions,clinical therapeutic effects are better. research group＇s total effective treatment cases for 55 cases（96.5%）than the control group total effective 45 cases（78.9%）（P〈0.05）difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Western medicine epalreatat combined Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of DPN effect is better,can effectively alleviate the patient＇s symptoms,improve the NCV,no adverse reaction,security is good,suitable for promotion.
