滋阴润肺法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺阴伤证临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴润肺法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺阴伤证的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为COPD且符合中医肺阴伤证的患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组应用抗炎、平喘、化痰及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用滋阴润肺汤口服,两组疗程均为1个月,统计分析两组患者治疗前后证候积分、肺功能、6 min步行试验的变化。结果:总显效率治疗组(90.0%)优于对照组(72.5%)(P<0.05);且提高6 min步行距离方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴润肺法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺阴伤证患者临床疗效确切,可明显改善临床症状、提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the Ziyin Runfei method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）clinical lung Yin syndrome. Methods：COPD were consistent with the traditional Chinese medicine and lung Yin injury syndrome 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group used antispasmodic phlegm and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Ziyin Runfei Decoction,two groups were treated for 1 months,statistical analysis changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,pulmonary function,six minutes walk test. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group significantly better than the control group（90.0%72.5%）（P〈0.05）;and the increase of 6 minutes walking distance,the treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ziyin Runfei method the exact treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung Yin syndrome in patients with clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life.
