衡先培教授治疗糖尿病人尿液浑浊临床经验

摘　　要：尿液浑浊是糖尿病病人常见的伴随症状之一,严重影响病人的心理、生理健康,但目前尚无系统的治疗方法。衡先培教授认为尿液浑浊属水液代谢失常的病症,肾是致病的关键脏腑,且涉及到肝、肺、脾等脏,并在此基础上进行辨证论治,认为"恢复肾气、清肺生津、运脾化热、疏理肝气"是其治疗大法,最后将临床常用药物略举一二。Urine turbidity is one of the common diabetes patients with symptoms,which seriously affecting the patients＇ psychological and physical health,but there is no systematic method of treatment.Professor HENG Xianpei first considers Urine turbidity Belongs to the case of water metabolism disorders,kidney is the key pathogenesis of viscera,and involves the liver,lung,spleen and etc,then on the basis of syndrome differentiation,he think＂the recovery of kidney,clear lung fluid,Removal of the spleen heat,Catharsis liver Qi＂is the solution treatment,finally cite the clinical drugs used commonly.
