摘　　要：蟾酥作为中国传统的天然药物,所含化学成分复杂,具有抗肿瘤、强心、局麻、镇痛和抗炎等多种作用,因此临床应用广泛。该文从蟾酥的化学成分、药理作用及其机制,有效提取工艺和剂型四方面进行总结,以期对其更深入的研究提供参考。As a kind of Chinese traditional natural medicine,venenum bufonis contains complex chemical composition and has these pharmacological effects：antitumor,cardiotonic,anesthetic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory and so on,thus it is widely used in diseases in clinic. The author summaries its chemical composition,pharmacological effects and mechanisms,effective extraction process and dosage form and expects to provide references for the further research.
