摘　　要：上杭乌梅是上杭县的农业支柱产业,发展电子商务为上杭乌梅销售和配送的发展提供了更广阔平台。分析上杭乌梅产业的特点和产销环节存在的问题,对上杭乌梅发展电子商务的可行性进行SWOT分析。Smoked plum is a pillar industry of agriculture in Shanghang County,the development of electronic commerce pro-vided a broader platform for trading and distributing of smoked plum in Shanghang County. The characteristics of smoked plum industry and existing problem in its producing-marketing link was analyzed,SWOT analysis on the feasibility to develop e-commerce of smoked plum in Shanghang County was carried out.
