摘  要:为提高厌氧发酵在低温季节系统稳定产气,本文针对柔性顶膜车库式干发酵顶部散热量大,而设计出自动控制保温被系统。本文对保温被卷铺进行受力分析,计算出最大工作载荷,作为电机选择依据。系统控制是根据发酵库内温度和发酵库顶部温度对比,当有温差时,PLC自动控制保温被开闭,同时系统可以实现远程监控。系统工程对比试验时:提高了温度控制精度,减少了人力投入,实现了系统保温要求,维护了中温发酵环境。保温被自动控制系统对柔性顶膜车库式干发酵保温系统推广提供了有力的数据支撑。In order to increase the anaerobic fermentation of stable gas production system in cold season,operation parameter optimization of dry fermentation equipment with garage style based on flexible roof membrane,aiming at large amount of radiation at the top of dry fermentation with garage style based on flexible roof membrane,design of automatic control system of Insulation quilt.The insulation quilts stress analysis,calculate the maximum working load,as motor selection basis.System control is according to the temperature contrast of fermentation inside temperature and fermentation top storage temperature,when the temperature difference,PLC automatic control insulation quilt was opened and closed,remote monitoring system.Test the system:improve the precision of temperature control,reduced manpower,implementation system insulation requirements;maintain the temperature of fermentation environment.Insulation quilt system promotion of dry fermentation with garage style based on flexible roof membrane provides a powerful data support.
