摘　　要：简述了EMC模式的概念和特点,通过举例,简要介绍了包钢应用EMC模式实施节能项目的进展。该模式实施的节能项目,动力设备在安全、稳定、经济运行状态下,公司可获得可观的节能分享效益,同时提出了应用该模式实施节能项目的注意事项。The concept and characteristics of energy management contract was introduced. The progress status of energy saving project by energy management contract mode were described. The power equipment in a safe,stable and economic operation of the state,the company can obtain considerable benefits. In addition,some notes were proposed in implementing energy saving project by this mode.
