摘  要:近些年来我国钢铁、铝等金属产量和消费量已经很高且快速增长,金属行业的能耗、物耗、污染物排放等都因此而过高,这不利于资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设。为此,基于循环经济视角,分析了金属产品生命周期与循环经济的关联。在金属产品生命周期物质流分析模型的基础上,分析了我国钢铁工业2000-2012年的矿石资源、资源效率和废钢指数等情况,基于分析结果提出了相关的一些建议,为创建资源节约型的金属工业提供了一定的研究基础。Volume of iron and steel,aluminum etc metal production and consumption are extremely high and in a rapid increment in China in recent years,the energy use,materials consumption and waste emission of metal industry are excessively high correspondingly,which is not conducive to construct a resource- saving and environment- friendly society. Based on the perspective of circular economy,the relationships between metal manufacturing process and circular economy,metal products life cycle and circular economy analyzed. The iron ore index,iron resource efficiency and steel scrap index of China' s iron and steel industry during the period 2000- 2012 were investigated by the metal products life cycle substance flow analysis model. Some suggestions were put forward based on the analyzing results. The contents provided some basis for the constructing of a resource- saving metal industry.
