摘  要:针对微型智能电网经济运行优化问题中,分布式可再生能源输出功率的预测误差具有不确定性的特点,提出了一种基于混合0-1随机非线性规划的微型智能电网运行优化方法.该方法将蒙特卡洛方法与轮盘赌选择机制相结合,利用情景生成方法来表示分布式可再生能源输出功率预测误差的所有可能实现,同时将带有不确定性的微型智能电网运行优化问题转化为确定性的混合0-1非线性优化问题,并用分支定界算法求解混合0-1非线性优化问题.最后,利用情景聚合方法得到最优期望解.通过仿真实验表明了所提出方法的有效性.According to the characteristics of economic dispatch problem for smart microgrid with uncertainties related to the forecasted errors for renewable energy sources( RESs),a methodology based mixed 0-1 stochastic nonlinear programming was proposed. The roulette wheel mechanism( RWM) and Lattice Monte Carlo simulations( LMCS) were used to generate scenarios. By means of this strategy,the stochastic problem was converted to a number of deterministic problems with different probabilities. Meanwhile,branch and bound algorithm was employed to solve each of the deterministic problems. Consequently,the solutions obtained from the accepted scenarios were aggregated according to the probability to find the expected result of the investigated problem considering uncertainty. The validity of this optimization methodology was proved by the simulation results.
