王雪峰教授治疗肺炎后期慢性咳嗽用药规律的复杂网络法分析初探

摘　　要：目的:利用复杂网络方法,分析王雪峰教授治疗肺炎后期遗留慢性咳嗽病因及用药,从分析中发现上气道咳嗽综合征中鼻塞、清嗓持续难愈症状的处方及用药配伍规律。方法:收集王教授治疗儿童肺炎后期遗留慢性咳嗽病例403例,共计730诊次,730份病例中具有鼻塞症状的病例共115例,具有清嗓症状的病例共94例,诊断为上气道咳嗽综合征者共167例。将全部病例录入结构化诊疗信息采集系统,转化为可分析的数据,运用国家中医药临床研究基地临床科研一体化系统——中医复杂网络分析系统进行处方及用药配伍规律研究。结果:上气道咳嗽综合征常见症状中鼻塞、清嗓症状的用药复杂网络图及频率表。结论:治疗上气道咳嗽综合征兼见鼻塞症状者,其特异性的药物为辛夷花,荆芥,薄荷;治疗上气道咳嗽综合征兼见清嗓症状者,其特异性的药物为桔梗,牛蒡子,胖大海。Objective： This paper analyzes the drug use and etiology by Profess or WANG Xuefeng in the treatment of chronic cough remaining in late pneumonia,using the method of complex network,and found the prescription and drugs regularity about rhinobyon and continuous hawk on airway cough symptoms from the analysis. Methods： We assigned 403 patients with chronic cough remaining in the late period of pneumonia,whose total clinical times up to 730,in which 115 cases with nasal obstruction,94 cases with hawk,167 cases with upper airway cough syndrome. All cases data was input to Structured clinical information collection system and was translated to analyzable data,then we researched the prescription and drugs compatibility by Chinese medicine clinical research base of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） clinical research integration system- a complex network analysis system. Results： The complex network diagram and frequency table of nasal congestion and hawk on upper airway cough syndrome. Conclusion： Magnolia flower,schizonepeta and menthe are specific medicines in treatment for upper airway cough syndrome combing rhinobyon,while balloon flower,Fructus Arctii and Sterculia lychnophora are specific medicines for upper airway cough syndrome combing hawk.
