中医辨证分型论治与西药治疗小儿急性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨中医辨证分型论治与西药治疗小儿急性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的小儿急性荨麻疹患者102例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组51例,对照组患儿给予抗组胺类西药扑尔敏进行治疗,并对患儿的伴随症状给予对症治疗。观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证分型治疗,按照辩证分型原则,文章患儿分属风热乘肺型和风寒外袭型,分别给予荆防方、桂枝汤中药汤剂口服,同时结合针灸,不同分型患者取不同的穴位治疗。比较观察两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗疗程、复发率等指标。结果:比较两组患者的临床疗效可见,观察组与对照组患者的临床治疗有效率均为100.0%,比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。痊愈后1个月进行随访,均无失访情况,复发率分别为11.8%(6/51)和37.3%(19/51),观察组显著优于对照组,且P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组与对照组患者的平均治愈时间为(5.1±1.2)d和(8.3±1.6)d,观察组疗程显著缩短,比较也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证分型论治,结合中药内服和针灸治疗能有效改善患者的临床症状,且治疗痊愈率高,疗程显著缩短,痊愈后的复发率也更低,能做到标本兼治,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and Western medicine in the treatment of children with acute urticaria. Methods： In our hospital 102 cases of children with acute urticaria were as the research object and were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group. The control group were given western medicine antihistamine chlorpheniramine treatment and symptomatic treatment of associated symptoms. The observation group on the basis of the control group was given TCM treatment,according to the principle of syndrome differentiation. Children who belonged to wind-heat in lung type and the passage of cold type were given Jingfang Formula,Cinnamon Twig Decoction combined with acupuncture at the same time. Comparison of the two groups＇ effect and the course of treatment and the recurrence rate index were observed.Results： The observation group and control group＇s effective rate was 100%,with no statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Followed-up for one month after recovery,there was no loss and the recurrence rate was 11. 8%（ 6 /51） and 37. 3%（ 19 /51）. The observation group was significantly better than the control group,P〈 0. 05. The average healing time of the observation group and the control group of patients was（ 5. 1 ± 1. 2） d and（ 8. 3 ± 1. 6） d. The observation group＇s treatment course was significantly shorter with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The TCM syndrome differentiation,combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and the cure rate is high.It can significantly shorten the course of treatment. The recurrence rate is lower,worthy of clinical application.
