摘  要:目的:用响应面法优选钩藤乙醇温浸工艺的最佳条件。方法:以异钩藤碱的提取率为响应值,乙醇浓度、次数、温度、时间为自变量,在单因素实验的基础上采用4因素3水平响应面法进行试验设计,确定温浸的最佳条件。结果:温浸的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度84.82%,时间1.5 h,温度80℃,提取2.83次,异钩藤碱提取率的预测值为81.97%,实际值为79.93%。结论:响应面法对钩藤的温浸条件优化合理可行,为提高异钩藤碱的提取率提供了理论依据。Objective: To optimize the conditions for Uncaria warm ethanol immersion by the response surface method. Methods: By taking the isorhynchophylline extraction rate as the response value and ethanol concentration,frequency,temperature and time as the independent variable and based on single factor experiment,4 factors and 3 levels of response surface method was used to determine the optimal conditions of warm ethanol immersion. Results: The best conditions of were ethanol concentration84. 82%,time 1. 5 hours,temperature 80 ℃,2. 83 times of extraction. The prediction of isorhynchophylline extraction rate was81. 97% and the actual value was 79. 93%. Conclusion: Of Uncaria warm ethanol immersion,the response surface method is reasonable and feasible for the conditions optimization,providing the theory basis for improving the extraction rate of isorhynchophylline.
