三级甲等综合性医院复评准备工作前后手术室护理人员工作投入程度及其影响因素  

Analysis of Job Engagement and Its Influencing Factors of Operation Room Nursing Staffs in the Class Ⅲ GradeⅠ Hospital

摘　　要：目的研究三级甲等综合性医院复评准备工作前后手术室护理人员工作投入程度及其影响因素,以期为护理管理者提供参考依据。方法 2013年,采用Utrecht工作投入量表(utrecht work engagement scale,UWES)对29名手术室护理人员进行调查,分析三级甲等综合性医院复评准备工作前后护理人员工作投入程度的变化,采用多元线性回归分析其相关影响因素。结果评审前后,护理人员UWES总均分为(4.27±0.75)分,处于中等水平;三级甲等综合性医院复评准备工作期间,手术室护理人员UWES活力、奉献、专注各维度及总分均较复评前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);单因素分析显示,不同婚姻状况、护龄、用工性质、职称、月收入、夜班频次的护理人员UWES总均分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。婚姻状况、护龄、职称、夜班频次是手术室护理人员工作投入程度的独立影响因素。结论手术室护理人员对工作投入程度总体处于中等水平,婚姻状况、护龄、职称、夜班频次是影响三级甲等综合医院手术室护理人员工作积极性的主要因素。Objective To investigate the job engagement and its influencing factors of nursing staffs work-ing in the operation room of Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals ,in order to provide reference for nursing adminis-trators .Methods Totally 29 nursing staffs in the operating room were investigated with the Utrecht work engagement scale （UWES） .The change of job engagement before and after the re-evaluation of Class ⅢGrade Ⅰ hospitals and the data were analyzed with the multiple linear regression .Results The UWES score of nursing staffs in the operating room was （4 2.7 ± 0 7.5） ,which was in the intermediate level .During the re-evaluation of Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals ,the UWES score of all dimensions including vigor ,dedica-tion ,focus and total score were significantly reduced than those before the re-evaluation（all P〈0 0.5） .Uni-variate analysis showed that there was significantly difference showed on average score of UWES in nurses with different marriage status ,nursing age ,nature of employment ,job title ,monthly income ,frequency of night shift （all P〈0 0.5） .Marriage status ,nursing age ,job title ,and frequency of night shift were the inde-pendent influencing factors of job engagement .Conclusion The job engagement of nursing staffs in the operat-ing room is in the intermediate level .The marriage ,nursing age ,job title ,frequency of night shift has a certain de-gree influence on the job engagement in the operating room of Class Ⅲ GradeⅠgeneral hospitals .
