摘 要:木屑、树皮是各种刑事案件和交通事故案件现场常见的微量物证。木屑、树皮的化学成分可分为难溶物和浸提物二部分,虽然浸提物的含量较少,但种类种类复杂,不同树种样品差异明显。本论文利用紫外零阶光谱法、一阶导数光谱法对不同树种木屑、树皮浸提物进行了分析。结果表明,不同树种木屑、树皮浸提物的零阶光谱图中,吸收峰的峰数、峰形有一定的差异;一阶导数光谱图中,正、负峰的峰数、峰位、峰形及振幅值的比值差异显著,可以为各种案件现场中木屑、树皮检材与比对树皮样品的鉴定提供依据。The wood chip and bark are the common trace evidence in most scenes of criminal cases and traffic accidents. The chemical composition of the chip and bark contain insoluble and extract content .Although the content of extract is little but the composition is complex and there are remarkable differences in different species. This paper mainly researched on the extract of the common chip and bark by the means of UV zero-order spectroscopy and first derivative spectroscopy analysis. The result indicated that in the UV zero-order spectrogram of the extract of the com- mon chip and bark from different trees, the number of absorption peaks and the peak shape have certain differences. Meanwhile, in the first derivative spectrogram, the number of positive peaks and negative peaks, the peak value, the peak shape and the amplitude ratio have remarkable differences, Finally, the Ultraviolet spectroscopy method was developed for the identification of the wood chip, bark samples from criminal cases and the comparison samples.
