止喘灵口服液联合硫酸镁佐治小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察止喘灵口服液联合硫酸镁佐治小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法将110例喘息性支气管肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组给予常规的吸氧、祛痰、抗感染、口服液糖皮质激素、氨茶碱静脉滴注解痉平喘等治疗。观察组在对照组基础上辅以止喘灵口服液联合硫酸镁进行治疗,7d为1个疗程,比较两组临床效果、症状体征消失时间、住院时间、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.7%(51/55),显著高于对照组76.4%(42/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喘息性支气管肺炎患儿辅以止喘灵口服液联合硫酸镁治疗后,可明显改善临床症状、体征,提高临床疗效,减少不良反应,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of adjunctive therapy of Zhichuanling oral liquid combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 110 cases of asthmatic bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group（n=55）and treatment group（n=55）.The control group was given conventional clinical therapy,while the treatment group was given adjunctive therapy of Zhichuanling oral liquid combined with magnesium sulfate.Then,the extinction time of symptoms and physical signs,length of hospital stay,total effective rate and adverse effect were compared between the two groups.Results Extinction time of coughing,gasping and wheezing rale and length of hospital stay in the treatment group were much shorter than the control group（P〈0.01）after treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7%,much higher than the control group（76.4%,P〈0.05）.The adverse effect rate in the treatment group was 16.4%,the difference being no statistical significance compared with the control group（18.2%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion For children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia,adjunctive therapy with Zhichuanling oral liquid combined with magnesium sulfate could obviously improve clinical symptoms and physical signs,increase curative effect and reduce adverse effect,which deserves to be used in clinics.
