摘　　要：目的:将发生故障的医用电动手术床控制系统进行改造,自制控制系统替代原控制系统,解决控制主板损坏难以修复的使用问题。方法:利用电动手术床原有液压油泵、油路电磁阀及整体架构等,依据其所实现的功能,自行设计电路与控制手柄组成控制系统,恢复电动手术床正常使用。结果:通过控制系统的改造,可以实现电动手术床的床位主体升降、头部高低调节、整体头脚倾斜以及左右侧位调节等功能,达到临床手术的使用要求。结论:电动手术床控制系统的改造设计与应用,为其他类型医用电动手术床控制系统的改造提供设计参考。Objective： To fix the control system of electric operating table, we use self-design control system instead of original design, which solve the problem of main board damage difficult to repair. Methods： By reserving original structure of hydraulic oil pump, oil solenoid valve and the main architecture, and on the basis of its function, we designed circuit and the control handle for this control system. Results： After the reconstruction of the control system, it can realize the function of electric operation table such as main body lifting, tilting and moving horizontal, height adjustment of head position, and so on, meeting the requirements of clinical surgery. Conclusion： The design and application of control system electric of operating table provide reference for the other types of operating table designs.
