摘　　要：在形形色色的社会立体图中,有这么一个充满矛盾而又富有活性的平面,组成这个平面的是各种各样的大学生兼职。培养学生的法律意识,了解寻找兼职的流程,从社会层面来说,社会需要的是专业知识过硬,素质优良的人才。为大学生创造更好的兼职环境,提供更周到的服务,是值得深思的一个问题。Among all constituents of the society,there is one filled with contradiction and vitality,consisted of various part-time jobs for college students. So we are supposed to build the students' consciousness of law and help them grasp the procedure of finding part-time jobs. The development of the society needs personnel with specialized knowledge and good qualities. So to provide a better part-time job environment and better service is a question worthy of consideration.
