摘  要:近年来,我国煤炭工业安全科学技术进步显著,但一些主要灾害威胁依然存在并严重影响煤矿安全生产,煤炭工业安全科学技术研究还存在很多不足,需要在深部矿井多种煤岩动力耦合灾害治理、煤矿隐蔽致灾因素动态智能探测、基于大数据的煤矿重大灾害预警平台建设、矿井热动力灾害耦合致灾机制与防治、松软低透煤层增透改造、矿井突水水源快速判识与智能注浆堵水、深部矿井火灾预警与防治、气载爆炸性粉尘防控、人员定位与灾情侦测及灾难矿井应急生命通道快速构建等多个方面加大研究力度,并在体制机制、政策法规、人才培养、科学研究等方面探索创新路径,力争到"十三五"末,实现煤矿安全事故起数和死亡人数均大幅下降。In recent years, coal industry safety science and technology of China have made significant progress. But some major disas- ters and threat still exist and seriously affect the safe production of coal mine. There are still many problems existing in coal industry safety science and technology. Researchers will do more to study multiple dynamic disasters in deep mine, dynamic intelligent detection of hidden disaster in coal mine, based on large data mine disaster warning platform construction, mine thermal power disaster preven- tion and control, permeability increasing of soft and low permeability coal seam, rapid identification of mine water inrush source and in- telligent grouting, early warning and prevention of deep mine fire, air borne explosive dust control, personnel positioning and disaster detection and rapid construction of emergency life passage for disaster mine. And the path of innovation in the institutional mecha- nisms, policies and regulations, personnel training, scientific research should be explored. By the end of 13th five -year -plan, the target of coal mine safety accidents and deaths dropping significantly should be realized.
