摘　　要：政治共识是政治共同体的合法性来源、秩序屏障和治理机制,其生成理论呈现出清晰的流变脉络。当下的政治现代化、经济全球化以及市场经济运行是政治共识生成的重要缘由。而政治共同体确定科学恰当的共识理念,按照政治共识推进政治制度建设,遵循政治共识来执行政治制度,则是政治共识生成的基本路径。The political consensus is the source of the legitimacy of the political community,order barrier and governance mechanism. Its forming theory presents clearly the rheological context. The forming reasons of political consensus include the political modernization,economic globalization and market economy. The political community can get political consensus by determining scientific and proper concept of consensus,promoting the construction of political system in accordance with the political consensus,following the political consensus to carry out the political system.
